According to NJ.com, Clementon Park had recently been listed as the second most valuable property in Clementon, New Jersey. It sits at the top of the main access road to the exclusive municipality of Pine Valley, widely considered the top-ranked golf course in the world.

“We are actively seeking a buyer for this iconic park located outside of Philadelphia and expect significant interest in the auction,” Capital Recovery Group President Bill Firestone told PennLive.com. “The property includes a 25-acre lake, dam, amusement rides, a water park and a full liquor license.”

Clementon Park had just four sets of owners during its 114-year history. The park was founded by Theodore B. Gibbs, whose family owned it for 70 years until selling it to Abram Baker in 1977. In 2007, the park was sold by Baker’s son, Larry, to Adrenaline Family Entertainment, who would then sell the park to Premier Parks in 2011. Premier owned it until its 2019 closure.
