Carowinds’ Paladium Amphitheatre will be rocking once again this summer with the announcement of the Carowinds Summer Music Fest – and best of all, the concerts are included with Park Admission.
Since its inception in 1975, the 13,000-seat Paladium Amphitheatre, located just outside the park entrance, has welcomed cultural icons such as Billy Joel, Bob Dylan, Charlie Daniels, James Taylor, Mary J. Blige and the Temptations, and on select Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer of 2024, the concert venue will come alive with the sounds of live music once again.
Carowinds notes that there will be 10 days of concerts, featuring 30+ performances on multiple stages in the park. The first three acts have been announced, and represent a diverse cross-section of musical genres.
On Friday, July 5, GRAMMY-winning country-pop musician LeAnn Rimes will kick off the concert series, with another artist to be announced for Saturday, July 6. The concerts continue on July 19-20, and July 26-27 – with the artists to be announced at a later date.

The Friday concerts in August have also been confirmed, with Christian rock band Skillet taking the Paladium stage on Friday, August 2, and hip-hop artist Flo Rida performing on Friday, August 9. The Saturday concert artists will be confirmed at a later date.

The music festival is “amplified” by Coca-Cola and its “Coke Studio” brand.
