Unboxing Holiday World's 2024 Teaser

It’s Christmas in July and we received a mysterious gift from our friends at Holiday World and Splashin’ Safari. What do you think could be inside?

The mystery package is about the size of a shoe box and weighs less than 2 pounds. The outside of the box is custom printed with birds and flowers. When I shake it I hear a “ding” sound, like a bell.

If you’re following Holiday World on social media or listen to their podcast, you know they’ve already confirmed they’re adding a roller coaster for 2024. We know the new attraction will be located in Thanksgiving and will most likely make use of the old Pilgrim’s Plunge station and land.

Could there be clues towards the theme, coaster type, or stats inside the box? There’s only one way to find out!

A whisk, turkey gravy mix, and a chicken timer? What does it all mean? Looks like we’re in-store for a Thanksgiving feast and Great-Aunt Carol is bringing the Cranberry Sauce. There could be more clues for Project Gravy Boat on the GoodGravyCompany.com website.

Holiday World 2024 Clues and Theories

The whisk is used in a circular motion and the chicken time rotates – could we be looking at a spinning coaster at Holiday World for 2024?

Does the photo below confirm a boomerang coaster? Does the $38 cost confirm a 38inch height requirement? The chicken timer costs $8.01 – could this mean 801 feet of track?

One thing that stands out to me is the mention of three types of gravy:

“That same year, she entered three types of gravy into the county fair’s Gravy Cookoff. Not only did she place third, but also second and first! Her traditional brown gravy took first, her sawmill gravy took second, and her chocolate gravy took third.”

Could we be looking at not one or two but three intertwined boomerang style coasters? Or one station with multiple track switches for different ride experiences?

When it comes to teases, Holiday World is one of the best! They even created a fake Instagram account for their fake gravy company – that’s dedication to teasing!
