Cirque Imagine Returns to Carowinds!

Back in fall of 2015, Carowinds had a major announcement for Carolina Harbor and Plants vs. Zombies. Somewhat overshadowed by those two announcements was the announcement of a new show, Cirque Imagine, that would debut at the park in 2016. After a successful run last year, the show is returning to Carowinds for another run this season, and it begins this weekend!

Cirque Imagine transports you to an astounding world of artistry, acrobatics and pure amazement!  Sensational stunts, high-flying thrills, stunning imagery and a lively injection of humor deliver big-ticket fun for the entire family.

For me, nothing beats the summer heat for me better than sitting down in an air-conditioned theater for some entertainment. Though I only had the opportunity to see the show once last season, Cirque Imagine is honestly the best theme park show I have ever seen at a regional park, and I’m thrilled that Carowinds is bringing it back for a second season. I remember watching last year’s show, mouth-open, in a constant state of “how did they do that?”

The acrobats and performers who work on this show are incredible, and their feats of strength and athleticism are not to be missed! I know I’ll definitely be making several more trips to Carowinds this season, and will definitely make time to see the show whenever I can.

Cirque Imagine will take place in the Carowinds Theater from June 23 to September 4, and will have shows six days a week (excluding Tuesdays). Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, the show will have three performances; at 3:00pm, 5:00pm, and 7:00pm. On Saturdays, they add a fourth show, with showtimes at 1:30pm, 3:30pm, 5:00pm, and 7:00pm.
