Porsche Commercial Filmed on Efteling Coaster

Efteling recently tweeted an interesting photo of the park’s Python Vekoma coaster with a strange leading car—a Porsche lookalike:

Now that’s a cool ride for a coaster enthusiast. But actually, the picture was taken from a 1980s Porsche commercial shoot. The park’s tweet roughly translates to read: “Did you know that Porsche made a spectacular commercial on the Python in the eighties?”

Below, watch two videos that show how the film crew brought the Porsche coaster to life. Although the dialogue is not in English, the creation of the commercial is fascinating.
