The Ohio State Theme Park Engineering Group is back with SITE OSU – their student-led conference for the themed entertainment and amusement industry. This two-day event is designed for all you university students out there who dream of a career in the biz. SITE brings together Themed Entertainment clubs from across North America to inspire and support each other. You’ll get the chance to network with the best of the best and see what projects the next generation of theme park masterminds have been cookin’ up.
The event will consist of a casual (optional) welcome event on Friday evening and the full day conference on Saturday. And let me tell you, it’s not just any ordinary networking opportunity. SITE OSU is an intimate setting where you can really get to know your fellow industry enthusiasts and share your projects and expertise. Plus, you’ll get a front row seat to the future of themed entertainment.
What’s the conference like? Every year is a little bit different but here’s a look at some of the highlights from 2019 and 2020 conferences.
So, if you’re a student attending an accredited institution, a recent grad, or just have a passion for amusement, I highly recommend you mark your calendars for March 31 and April 1st, 2023. I’m not fooling around; you won’t want to miss this one.
