Recently, Nick returned from a long weekend at Universal Orlando with his wife and two kids – Henry and Nora, who you may remember from our LEGOLAND New York Episode. While we all love roller coasters (yes, Nick rode VelociCoaster), when your 8-year-old and 4-year-daughter are in tow, even as coaster enthusiasts with kids who aren’t quite tall enough to ride everything yet, we all know that family comes first.
