SeaWorld Orlando Announces First-Ever “Howl-O-Scream” Event

Halloween is a big time of year for Orlando theme parks, and following the success of Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens parks in Tampa and Williamsburg, a new terror has surfaced at SeaWorld Orlando, and there’s nowhere to hide. Howl-O-Scream is coming to SeaWorld Orlando for the first time.

Orlando’s newest halloween event will feature angry haunts as they rampage through scare zones. If guests choose to seek shelter indoors, they’ll find they’ve entered a house of horrors. Like any good Halloween event, there will be nighttime coaster rides, live entertainment, and themed food and beverage.

Hear every bloodcurdling shriek. Feel every spine-tingling terror. Get ready for the haunted houses of SeaWorld’s Howl-O-Scream. There’s no turning back as you brave dark passageways and round dimly lit corners, hoping you can avoid what’s lurking in the depths. The legends are true, the fear is real, and the only way out is through. There are no safe zones. There are no places to hide. The scares are everywhere, and the roaming haunts never weaken. Stay alert and be prepared for anything, because you never know what’s waiting up ahead (or creeping up behind you).

Above all, try to resist the haunting song of the one who has emerged from the lake. Evil is calling—with a howl and a scream.

Howl-O-Scream will take place on 27 select nights this fall, starting September 10, and ending on October 31, Halloween. Each night’s event starts at 7:00 p.m. but gate opens at 6 p.m. on the selected date. Tickets start at $29.99, and are available now.

The event is intended for a mature audience and contains intense adult content such as violence, gore, and blood. Howl-O-Scream 2021 is a separately-ticketed night event. No costumes are allowed.
