15 to 15: Our 15 Favorite Food Posts

It’s no secret that the theme park “experience” is only being enhanced with new and unique food offerings. From menu items to food-focused events, and even some park-signature recipes, the dining experience is becoming as important to a theme park visit as the rides and entertainment. As part of our “15 to 15” series, counting down to our 15th anniversary, we wanted to highlight some of our favorite food articles, just in case your mouth wasn’t watering.

Behind The Menu

One of our most popular interview series was with some of the executive chefs at various theme parks. Their stories are all very interesting and we loved learning more how about how they approached their culinary theme park methods.

Behind The Menu: Worlds of Fun’s Chef Wesley Boston

Behind The Menu: Busch Gardens Williamsburg’s Chef Justin Watson

In-Park Food Events

In the past few years, Cedar Fair produced some incredible culinary events that made it worth visiting the park without riding anything, and as a theme park website, we take our rides very seriously.

I remember reading the review of Steel Vengence. It made me so excited to ride it, which I got to later that year. Steel Vengence currently holds the #3 spot on my list

I think you may have made a typo with the favorite ride review from yesterday’s post, but as I said yesterday it’s the final rides on Dragon Challenge post. If we want to take about food festivals on this post, the best is hands down the Boysenberry Festival, nothing beats it.
