Six Flags Over Georgia, White Water, and American Red Cross Donate 300 Free Tickets to Encourage Blood Donations

Six Flags Over Georgia, White Water, and American Red Cross have teamed up to give away 300 tickets to individuals who donate blood.

Anyone who donates blood at select upcoming blood drives will receive one free ticket to Six Flags Over Georgia. Blood drives will be held at various locations over the next several months in Cobb and Douglas counties.

Anyone who is interested in signing up for a blood drive should visit the Red Cross blood donation website or call 1-800-RED-CROSS.

On May 17, Six Flags Over Georgia donated over 1,500 pounds of fresh produce and milk to The Center for Children & Young Adults in Marietta.

Earlier this year, Six Flags donated 2,000 superhero capes to Kroger and Publix to honor grocery store workers, and 250 ponchos to the Douglas County Fire Department.

Six Flags Over Georgia has not yet announced a reopening date but is expected to in the next few weeks. Stay tuned to our list of coronavirus-related openings and closings for the latest.
