Since nearly every theme park across the globe is temporarily closed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, many coaster enthusiasts have turned to Planet Coaster and other roller coaster and theme park computer games to get our coaster fix until parks reopen.
We’ve seen some amazing creations on YouTube and other social media channels, so we thought we’d host a friendly competition to showcase Planet Coaster players’ best works.
So welcome to our first-ever Planet Coaster Screenshot Contest!
How It Works:
- Upload your best Planet Coaster screenshot using the entry form below now through Wednesday, May 13 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- Shortly thereafter, we’ll begin the voting round via a Facebook photo gallery that contains each screenshot. Every Facebook “like” a screenshot earns will count as one vote.
- First-, second- and third-place winners will each receive a Coaster101 Prize Pack with Coaster101 swag and souvenirs and from parks across the country.
Contest Rules:
- The screenshot must be of your work.
- One screenshot allowed per entrant.
- The screenshot must contain a roller coaster or some theme park quality (no abstract art creations this round).
- Screenshots must be at least 1024 pixels in length on their shortest side.
- Screenshots can be no larger than 1.5 MB. If you need to resize your photos, we recommend using an image compression tool like the free Optimizilla.
- You must include your full name and email address in the entry form so that we can contact you if you win.
