Scene75 Columbus Now Open, See What’s Inside

When we had the opportunity to get a sneak peek inside Scene75 Columbus back in August I thought they had about two months worth of work left to do. Well, turns out I was right! Without much advance warning, the nation’s largest entertainment center officially opened to the public on Friday, October 11th, 2019.

The 225,000 square foot indoor entertainment center is located at the Mall at Tuttle Crossing in Columbus, Ohio.  Scene75, a family owned and operated brand with four other entertainment centers across Ohio and Pennsylvania, has completed a one-year construction process, converting a former Macy’s into one of the largest entertainment centers in the country.

Scene75 Columbus expects to attract more than 400,000 visitors per year.  It will feature 19 different attractions including an indoor spinning roller coaster, indoor go-karts, a two-story laser tag arena, more than 200 arcade games, a 36 foot tall drop tower, motion simulators, next generation batting cages, an inflata-park, blacklight miniature golf, bumper cars, escape rooms, karaoke, archery tag, and more.

The enourmous facility includes Illusions Restaurant & Bar, a uniquely magical themed full-service restaurant, as well as two other bars.  Additionally, Scene75 Columbus will feature nine private party rooms for birthday parties, groups and company events as well as a full-service banquet venue capable of seating as many as 500 guests within a single setting.

In a press release, CEO Jonah Sandler stated, “My team and I are extremely excited about our location at Tuttle Mall.  I have been in the entertainment industry for more than a decade now.  However, I have yet to see a venue anywhere in the country, including our four other award-winning venues, that rivals what we are bringing to Columbus.  It is first-class all the way around and is truly special; I can’t wait to welcome you to Scene75 Columbus.  I genuinely hope you will support us by enjoying many years of endless fun with friends, family and co-workers.”

I really like how, despite the large size, it seems like every available inch of real estate of the two-floors is being used, whether it’s a crazy-looking game or a snack stand there’s no wasted space inside Scene75. When we visited on Saturday, October 12th the only attractions that weren’t open that I noticed was the Archery Tag and The Fieldhouse (multi-purpose sports fields).

Another Scene75 Giveaway

We’re giving away another “Free 18-holes of mini golf” voucher (and I think the two mini golf courses might be my favorite part of Scene75). Comment below with what attraction you’re most excited for by October 19th, 10pm EST and you’ll be entered to win our random drawing. Be sure to include your name and email. Good luck!
