Carowinds Offering Exclusive “Coaster Showdown” Opportunity To Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Have you ever thought about what it would be like for you and 99 of your closest friends to have two full hours of ERT (Exclusive Ride Time) on two of Carowinds’ most exciting roller coasters, the Golden Ticket Award-winning Fury 325 and the new-for-2019 Copperhead Strike, as well as the returning Mountain Gliders?

You can now make that thought a reality, as Cedar Fair’s Vice President of Food & Beverage, Nancy Hamlin, has partnered with Carowinds to give you that chance. The best part? 100% of the money raised for this experience goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

As part of Carowinds’ Coaster Showdown, up to 100 people will receive two hours of ERT on Fury 325, Copperhead Strike, and the Mountain Gliders, in addition to a full day’s admission and parking for everyone in the group. Bidding is currently open now until May 5, 2019 at 11:59 pm.

This is truly a once in a lifetime experience. Think of the coaster marathoning you could do!

Nancy is currently nominated Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Woman of the Year Award, and on a mission to help change lives battling with blood cancer. Her goal is to raise $300,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by May 30. After reading Nancy’s story, it’s clear to us that she is extremely passionate about this cause, and we’ve partnered with our friends at CPFoodBlog to donate to her fundraising efforts.

Even if the sticker price for the Coaster Showdown is out of your price range, every little bit helps Nancy reach her fundraising goal and help those battling blood cancer. Click here to donate to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society!
