Take a Ride on Merlin’s Mayhem at Dutch Wonderland

Merlin’s Mayhem, Dutch Wonderland’s new-for-2018, family-friendly inverted coaster, is now open.

This is the first “family inverted coaster” model from S&S – Sansei Technologies (formerly S&S Worldwide). It stands 60 feet tall and features 1,300 feet of track. The 20-seat train — equipped with onboard audio — navigates through two helices and over the park’s Sky Ride attraction.

Guests must be at least 39 inches tall to ride.

Dutch Wonderland sent us on-ride footage of the new coaster in action:

Merlin’s Mayhem was originally scheduled to open in 2017, however, undisclosed delays pushed the debut to this year.
