The Motiongate Dubai theme park, scheduled to open this October, is taking shape and is starting to look like a theme park. Last month, park officials released details about the Motiongate’s 27 rides and attractions. And now, they’re giving us an even closer look at some of those attractions.

As discussed in the video, Motiongate Dubai will feature five roller coasters among its many other rides and attractions.
The track for one of those five coasters, the Green Hornet: High Speed Chase, looks to be complete.
But the Gerstlauer steel coaster will look quite different once its extensive theming is installed.
Below is an overview of the construction site, with markers for each of the park’s five zones.

The park’s other coasters include:
- Capitol Bullet Train – a Gerstlauer launched steel coaster (Lionsgate zone)
- Dragon Gliders – an indoor Mack powered inverted family coaster similar to Arthur at Europa Park (Dreamworks zone)
- Madagascar Mad Pursuit – an indoor steel coaster touted to be the theme park’s fastest, which suggests it may be a launched coaster (Dreamworks zone)
- Smurfs Village Express – an outdoor family coaster (Smurfs Village zone)
Motiongate Dubai is expected to open this October.
