The attraction’s page on the Hollywood Studios website reads:
Discover how Disney characters are brought to life during a show starring Mushu from Mulan, and a hands-on exhibit.
A Disney spokeswoman revealed to local media that “work is underway on a new experience,” with more details to come.

The nearby Animation Gallery will remain open to the public through August.
The Magic of Disney Animation opened when the park originally opened as Disney-MGM Studios in 1989.
This is the latest in a string of retired attractions and icons at the movie theme park. Recently, we’ve said goodbye to the Studios Backlot Tour, American Idol Experience — as well as the iconic sorcerer’s hat (seen above). Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed in March that the park would be renamed (again), but the new name has not been announced.
It appears that change is in the air at Hollywood Studios. Hopefully these attraction departures will make room for exciting replacements.
