Adventureland (in Long Island, N.Y.) is preparing to open its spinning coaster, Turbulence.
Mack, the maker of the coaster, recently shared a video of the coaster testing. Watch it below:
I was surprised how quickly the 12-seat train zipped through the layout.
Turbulence stands 55 feet tall and reaches a top speed of 40 mph (which makes sense when viewing the video).
The coaster is expected to open later this month.
Turbulence is only the second Mack spinning coaster in the United States. Sierra Sidewinder opened at Knott’s Berry Farm in 2007.
