Believed to be named “Tempesto,” the Premier coaster sports an interesting blue and orange color scheme.

The video below shows the construction site along what will likely become the coaster’s launch track:
Based on plans found on the BGWFans website, the coaster appears to be a copy of the Superman: Ultimate Flight coaster at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. That coaster stands 150 feet tall and features a 62-mph launch.
Busch Gardens Williamsburg’s last new coaster, Verbolten, opened in 2012.

Another bad decision for the park, Verbolten was (IMHO) the BIGGEST waste of some of the BEST land to build a roller coaster on with most of the ride taking place in a building, now this, I don’t know why management there thinks that adding a ride that’ll get dismal capacity for such a large park is a good idea, it works at Holiday Park, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and the park in Mexico (Zombie Ride) because those are smaller parks, but not at a large park like Willaimsburg.
I just think that this is a waste of money.
On a side note, imagine if Verbolten was more like Cheetah Hunt or used a building just for the drop track and used the terrain, now that would be a worthy ride,
I think it is sad to see a park, under previous ownership, that was Americas number favorite amusement park fall to such poor management. I think it is a real disgrace to see this park abandon its roots by clear-cutting an area of the park as it has previous won the title for #1 most beautiful amusement park. It is doubtful that I will ever visit this park again.
