Reddit user u/sandmyth has posted several photos of Carowinds’ construction progress on their 2015 Project.

Another redditor, u/JamminJay1986, posted the following teaser photo from CarowindsConnection.com that has popped up near the 2015 Construction Site.
If you dial that phone number, the following recorded message plays. “Thank you for reporting a paranormal disturbance in our construction area. We have recorded your call and will log it in our incident record. Please stay informed of other incident reports at our website, Carowinds.com. You can’t stop it, you can only hope to contain it. The world will know, August 21.”
The “you can’t stop it, you can only hope to contain it” quote is often attributed to former ESPN Sportscenter Anchor Dan Patrick, and was used again today on parcels that were taken to several Charlotte-area media locations, by people in bee-keeping costumes.
Lance Hart of Screamscape thinks that there could be a connection with the newly renamed Charlotte Hornets.
Could Carowinds be trying to throw us off the “Roman” theme that they have been utilizing on Social Media?
Another teaser that Carowinds’ posted several days ago referred to Lightning “Striking Twice”
This campaign was also used in 2009 before Carowinds announced Intimidator, Carowinds’ last major new coaster was built in 2010, and is a nod to Carowinds’ former Schwarzkopf Shuttle Loop coaster, White Lightnin’.
What do you think Carowinds’ new project will be? Roman Themed? Paranormal Activity? Charlotte Hornets? White Lightning 2.0? We’ll know for sure on August 21st when Carowinds officially announces their 2015 project

I believe the new coaster is going to deal with a type of insect. You can check out my video on Youtube that I did discussing the new coaster. In the video I discuss that it’s going to be a “female inspired” coaster like Banshee. I’m not 100%, but I did do some research.
