It’s time once again for the Coaster101 Attraction Awards — our nonscientific, lighthearted polling of six random categories related to the amusement industry. We need your help nominating the attractions and parks for each category.
Use the form at the bottom of this page to nominate one attraction or park per category. Nominations will be accepted through Friday, April 18, 2014. Voting will begin soon thereafter.

Below are the categories for the 2014 Attraction Awards:
1. Best New-for-2013 Attraction
What do you think is the best new roller coaster or other ride that debuted last year? Any attraction that opened anytime in 2013 is fair game.
2. Best Park Entrance
Park entrances are often a guest’s first impression of what lies ahead. What park entrance do you think is the best?
3. Best Park Scent
What specific amusement park-related smell is your favorite? The smell can be general or exclusive to a specific park. Be sure to specify when nominating.
4. Best Sweet Treat
A day full of traversing a theme park can make one rather hungry. Which sweet food item do you think is the best, and where can you find it? (please be specific)
5. Best Theme Park Smartphone App
Parks across the globe are joining the app-making frenzy. Which park or chain do you feel has the best smartphone app?
6. Best “Under 100-Footer” Steel Coaster
What is the best steel coaster that is under 100 feet tall?
