Several Disneyland Resort Rides Down for Rehab

If you plan on visiting Disneyland for the first time within the next few months, you might be disappointed to find some of the more well known attractions at the parks closed.

Matterhorn Bobsleds will be closed through the summer as new trains are added, while exterior refurbishments will also be made to the iconic Matterhorn mountain.

NBCLA reports: “Other rides closing include the Haunted Mansion, “It’s a Small World”, the sailing ship Columbia and Big Thunder Ranch petting farm. The shows Fantasmic! and World of Color will also go on temporary hiatus.

Over at California Adventure, Golden Zephyr and Redwood Creek Challenge Trail will close temporarily.”

It’s a good idea to check the park’s website before you make plans to visit.
