Cedar Point Halloweekends Photo Trip Report

I finally got around to using the free tickets to Cedar Point that I won from the K’nex Build-off competition. The weather forecast threatened rain but luckily it held off. We visited during Halloweekends in October last year and it was horribly busy. Thankfully the crowds weren’t nearly as bad this year. Millennium Force and Maverick still had hour plus long lines but most other rides were twenty minutes or less.

I don’t enjoy spinning rides but I had to take a ride on the new Windseeker. The spinning is a bit fast for me but the ride time was perfect, not too long and not too short. Hopefully this off season they make the queue a bit more permanent as it looked like it was thrown together at the last minute (I think construction was behind due to rain).

Ocean Motion looks great in its new home at the front of the park.

We did the new Blood on the Bayou haunt which takes place behind Top Thrill Dragster. It offers great, never before seen views of Iron Dragon and Mantis directly above you.

Enjoy these pictures from Halloweekends 2011 at Cedar Point!
