The Delta Fair & Music Fair was started in Memphis, Tennessee in September of 2007 and has experienced growth every year since. I went this past weekend and brought back a few photos:
The midway of the Delta Fair is spread out across from the Memphis Agri-Center.
It’s not a fair without the classic chair swings ride.
The Musik Express attraction is another carnival classic.
I normally don’t ride spinning coasters due to me not handling dizziness that well. But I figured I’d give it a try. What did I have to lose?
Luckily the cars don’t begin spinning until halfway through the ride.
The Reverchon Crazy Mouse model stands only 42 feet tall.
The ride makes good use of its limited space.
The Tornado ride can also be found at a number of carnivals and amusement parks.
Inside one of the buildings, I found a display case with many amusement park ride models.
The Dragon Wagon coaster can also be found at amusement parks and carnivals.
