Help rebuild the Starliner in Panama City

The Pepsi Refresh project is supporting another effort to rebuild a classic wooden rollercoaster. This time it’s the Starliner which was originally built in Panama City at the Miracle Strip Amusement Park. The coaster was moved to Cypress Gardens and opened in July of 2007 but closed the next year with the entire Cypress Gardens park. Since Lego has no plans to incorporate the coaster into the new Legoland Florida park, Starliner PCB (The group trying to have the coaster relocated) is asking for any donations so that it can be returned to its rightful place.
