I’m sure many if not most of you no longer play any version of Rollercoaster Tycoon. Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 was released in October 2004 and was met with mixed reviews from players. The game’s 3D graphics were not a match for many computers at the time.
Believe it or not, though, some people, including myself, still frequently play the game. Talented custom scenery creators have given life to the game by creating more scenery and rides. Right now I am working on an amusement park that is being shown in a realist, timeline-like manner. Charleston Gardens Amusement Park, according to the story, opened in 1975 and is currently in its tenth season of operation. Here are some screenshots from around the park:
Charleston Garden Amusement Park’s skyline. The park is home to four coasters.
Vulture, the park’s newest coaster, stands tall above the Gully Gulch area of the park.
The park’s entrance plaza.
Harbortown is a new themed area that opened in 1983.

The Carolina Calamity mine train coaster with Derecho in the background.
Gully River Rapids opened in 1980 and was one of the first of its kind.

It would be great to have more of these updates. I wonder if there will ever be another roller coaster tycoon.
I agree that we should have more of these updates. Your park looks very good John and makes me want to play RCT agian, though I much preferred 2 over 3. Maybe I’ll post some of my old park pictures if I can find them. I like your narrating style 2, like it is a real park.
