Saturday, August 15th, 2009, Nik Wallenda attempted his highest career walk. The 5/8 inch tight rope was suspended 262 feet in the air from the top of the Eiffel Tower and covered a distance of 800 feet. Nik completed the walk in about twenty minutes. He stopped several times to kneel down and wave to the cheering Kings Island crowd.
