In season three of “Insane Coaster Wars: World Domination,” we’re jetting around the globe on a quest to find the most terrifying roller coasters full of death-defying drops, spine-torqueing twists and impossible inversions. From the world’s first wooden coaster with multiple inversions located in Missouri, to the world’s only tilting coaster in Taiwan and the world’s tallest vertical loop (160 ft.) in California, strap in and get ready for a wild ride on some of the most insane, pulse–pounding roller coasters on the planet.

Here’s what to expect in this Sunday’s episodes:

“Beyond Vertical Drop” – Sunday, July 13 at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT

The competition begins with a coaster at Pennsylvania’s Hershey Park, which boasts an insane 97-degree beyond vertical drop that blasts riders 12 stories straight to the ground! Next, it’s onto a classic woodie at Nagashima Spa Land in Japan that reaches speeds of more than 60 MPH. Then, it’s over to Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay, Fla. for a crazy coaster with seven jaw-dropping inversions. Finally, it’s onto a G-force thriller at Europa-Park in Germany that takes riders down a 219-foot drop at 79 MPH.

“255-foot Plunge” – Sunday, July 13 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT

The battle begins at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Southern California with a coaster that has a 255-foot stomach-dropping plunge. Next, it’s over to La Ronde in Montréal for a ride on a coaster that twists riders in every direction at 55 MPH. Then, it’s onto Ohio’s Cedar Point for a coaster that zips down 12 stories at 4Gs. . Finally, it’s over to Six Flags Mexico for a ride on a monster 219-foot steel coaster.
