Staten Island, New York may someday be home to the world’s tallest ferris wheel. At a whopping 600-feet, the proposed ferris wheel would beat Singapore’s Flyer ferris wheel (541 feet) and the London Eye (443 feet) in height.
The Inquisitr reports that officials are eyeing two parking areas as potential spots for the giant ferris wheel.
Local officials have not approved the ferris wheel and no concrete time schedule for construction has been established. Still, it would be great to see America take home the ferris wheel world record.
