Travel Channel will premier a new show called Insane Coaster Wars on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at 9/8pm central. We recommend checking the official Travel Channel schedule for your local times.
The Insane Coaster Wars series will be broken into 30-minute segments, each featuring different categories of roller coasters. Each episode will showcase four coasters from said category. At the end of the episode, the results from a previous polling will be revealed, crowning one of the four coasters the winner.
Tomorrow night on Insane Coaster Wars:
“G-Force Giants: G-force Giants terrify riders with each gravity defying loop, roll, dive, and turn. Which coaster wins the battle of the G’s – California’s Medusa, the Carolinas’ Afterburn, Virginia’s Apollo’s Chariot, or Tampa Bay’s SheiKra?”
and
“Hang ‘em High: Hang em’ High coasters electrify by dangling riders below the tracks. Which coaster will soar above the competition – Orlando’s Manta, Idaho’s Aftershock, Virginia’s Alpengeist, or Tampa Bay’s Montu?”
