An amusement park is the perfect place to attempt to break a world record. You’ve got rides, foods, shows, and a lot of people. And Cedar Point is taking advantage of that opportunity. On Sunday, July 31, 2011, Guinness World Record day, the park will attempt two new world records: “one for the most beach balls in the air at the same time and the second for the greatest number of people applying sunscreen at the same time.”
The park is offering discounted tickets, with a portion of the proceeds going to the American Cancer Society. For more information about the event, click here.
