Dollywood is taking the first steps in the process of having its 2012 plans approved by the city of Pigeon Forge, and many are speculating that those plans include a rollercoaster. Three buildings will be relocated in preparation of the addition. The plans are being kept under wraps as the park plans to announce the plans this summer in a very unique fashion.
Back in 2009 we posted a rumor of a possible racing wooden rollercoaster in the County Fair area of the park. This does match up with the necessity for some buildings to be relocated. Only time will tell!
Update: Blue B&M track has arrived at Dollywood.
