I live about 35 miles from Green Bay. Believe me – the people in this area will love having it here. Bay Beach is a wonderful place and well kept. Rides are very affordable and the place is always busy.

Timberliners… Cool as it may seem, I think that Green Bay will want to keep the HISTORIC value and nostalgia of such a GREAT RIDE.

I thought the trains were already purchased and maybe even in use by another park? i heard someone say Timberliners that may have just been wishful thinking.

Hopefully the machinery, train, and some remnants of the structure will be relocated and rebuilt. What a shame and a loss if nothing is saved for the move to Green Bay.
No new information seems to be available this week.
You are right, the deconstruction was demolition, not a sympathetic dismantling.
